Step #1:

Fill out an application ($25 application fee), Waiver, and Background check forms.
You only need to fill out the top box on the background check form.

Step #2:

Drop your forms into the mail slot at our location or Mail your application to:

Step #3:

Once your club application has been approved, you will then attend an orientation and safety briefing.

Application Fee Details

A one-time application fee of $25 is required for processing your request.

Initial Setup Fee

An initial fee of $125 covers the setup and onboarding process for your service.

Annual Maintenance Fee

An annual fee of $215.50 ensures continued support and service updates throughout the year.
