General Club Rules
1. Violation of any rules herein, subject to board decision, may result in loss of membership.
2. Shooting can be done only on designated ranges and all outdoor ranges/lake will be open for use during designated hours, except during work parties and/or scheduled events.
3. Guests:
a. Except where noted, a member may be accompanied by up to 2 guests.
b. A person may only be a guest twice per year. This rule does not apply to special events or for guests living more than 100 miles from the club.
c. Guests(s) must complete and retain a guest pass on each visit to the club.
4. Conduct:
a. A member assumes full responsibility for his or her conduct and that of his or her family and guests
b. Member’s gate numbers, membership cards, access codes or keys are not to be given to anyone.
c. Anyone using the club facilities must show membership card and photo ID when asked by any member.
d. Disorderly, menacing or harassing conduct on club property is prohibited.
e. Alcoholic beverages or controlled substances are strictly prohibited on club premises. Any member that is impaired or under the influence while on club property will be removed from the club.
f. Any club member or group using the club or club property will see that it is cleaned up and trash put in proper containers.
g. No recreational riding allowed on club property.
h. No Adams property will be removed from the club grounds without approval by the Board.
i. Any property found on club grounds shall be turned in to a Club officer.
j. No persons under the age of 21 are permitted on club property without a supervising member. Children are not to be left unattended anywhere on Adams property, including in the buildings.
k. All domestic animals are to be attended and cleaned up after.
l. No domestic animals allowed in any building.
m. Members are required to have their membership card displayed whenever on club grounds.
5. Membership and dues
a. Dues are payable July 1st. If dues are not paid by July 1st, your membership may be terminated and you will have to reapply.
b. All applicants must be at least 21 years old.
c. A son or daughter, age 21 years old of any active member in good standing for two years may join the club without paying the initiation fee.
d. A member in good standing for 15 consecutive years and at least 60 years of age is eligible for a Senior Citizen Membership.
e. A member in active military service does not pay dues.
f. Upon termination of membership, all membership cards, keys, access codes, remote controls, etc. must be surrendered to club secretary.
